Thank You Hilton Hotels!

In March 2019, G2 Travel held our Annual General Meeting focusing solely on North America.  

In attendance together with our chairman David Babai, were members of the Board of Directors, key management from our North America team, as well as sales office management from our Japan and Thailand offices. 

In two years G2 Travel North America has seen rapid growth which was evident by the caliber of industry talent that were present to represent the New York, Los Angeles and Toronto offices. The meetings served as a great opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments and strategize on goals to be reached in the year ahead.

As part of the AGM we were thrilled to have Hilton Hotels accept our invitation to present an overview of their 16 brands as they celebrate their 100-year milestone. Sharona Rosenfeld and Maria Moore, both Directors of Sales for Hilton Worldwide Sales, gave a fun and informative run down on the history of Hilton Hotels as well as an overview of their brands. Not only were we updated on the Hilton brands our clients know and love, Sharona also highlighted what we can expect coming down the pipeline.

Included are over 40 new “Curio, A Collection by Hilton” properties, which are handpicked for their unique character and personality; “Tru by Hilton”, their first mid-scale boutique brand, as well as their soon to be launched “Motto” brand, which will offer affordable style in coveted urban destination and are perfect for millennials and student groups.

To conclude the day, Hilton kindly invited everyone to a Greek feast at Taverna Tony Restaurant in Malibu.  We would like to thank Sharona for the support she has provided since the inception of G2 Travel North America and we look forward to a long-lasting partnership with Hilton Hotels Worldwide.
